Randstad hit a new low recently with this post for a teaching assistant with pay, according to the advertisement of ‘£45 – £60/day’. Randstad, of course, said that they had been misrepresented, by their own advertisement! A company employee wrote:

As you can see from my response, I was more than amazed at the generosity of the company to pay 75% of the days wages for just a half days work: especially considering that this is the same company who initially refused to furlough any of their supply staff and only under great pressure furloughed a select few.

I will keep you all posted and let you know if the 75% pay for a half day of work becomes an established Randstad company policy.
